5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. WARMLAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions outlined on our Returns page. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
