The free shipping option applies to every delivery address within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, a small surcharge may apply, but we will notify you before processing. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. This handling period allows us to verify your order details, prepare your items securely for shipment, and generate the necessary shipping documentation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that handling time does not include transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any orders placed before this cut-off time on a business day will enter the handling queue the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be considered as received on the next business day and will begin processing accordingly. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid any delays.
Transit Time
Once your order is handed over to our shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. Delivery within major metropolitan areas typically occurs within 3–4 business days, while more remote or rural addresses may require the full 6 business days. These estimates are provided by our carrier partners and are subject to change based on factors such as weather, peak season volumes, or unforeseen service disruptions. WARMLAB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
International Shipping
At this time, WARMLAB ships only within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. WARMLAB is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund. WARMLAB is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen.
