Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange any unused, unwashed, and unworn item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us before shipping your item back.
Free Returns and Exchanges
WARMLAB offers free returns and exchanges for all orders placed through our website. You will not be charged any restocking fee, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item at no additional cost once we receive your returned merchandise. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply indicate that during the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria described above. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the inspection is completed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. For returns that were part of a promotional offer or gift card purchase, refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the original gift card.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, final sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized or custom‑made products. If you have any questions about whether a specific product can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send any items back without first obtaining a return authorization number. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Packaging and Shipping
Carefully package the item(s) in the original box or a secure alternative. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as WARMLAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. Once we receive the return and confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed per the timelines above.
